Women & Democracy is a sponsorship- and donor-supported organization dedicated to advancing gender equality, inclusive governance, and women’s leadership across the Maldives. We believe in empowering women, youth, and marginalized communities to lead and create change where they live.

We are committed to keeping our programs free and accessible, so that every woman and young leader, regardless of background or resources, can participate fully.
